As Counsel, in addition to a broad commercial and internatio nal practice, he has argued hundreds of major international commercial, inv estor-State and inter-state arbitrations, as well as many ground-breaking a rbitration and public international law cases in the Courts of England, Sin gapore, Hong Kong, Pakistan and the Caribbean including, (e.g., Dallah v Pa kistan; Jivraj v Hashwani; Ust-Kamenogorsk v AES and IPCO v NNPC before the UK Supreme Court; Janah v Benkharbouche before the English Court of Appeal ; First Media v Astro in the Courts of Singapore and Hong Kong; and Hubco i n the Pakistan Supreme Court). Since April 2012, he has served on the Panel of Advisers to the Attorney-General of Singapore.
