Over the last 17 years Amand a has acted in a broad range of commercial disputes across different indust ries in multiple jurisdictions, including large energy and mining disputes, commodities disputes, telecommunications and technology disputes, banking and insurance disputes and manufacturing disputes. Amanda is also experienc ed in bilateral investment treaty arbitration and is currently acting for t he Republic of Indonesia in a BIT arbitration under the UNCITRAL Rules admi nistered by the PCA.
