business in Southeast Asia, where he has lived and worked for 20 years. Alastair represents clients in complex claims and disputes all over
the world. He handles cases from many sectors and industries, with particul
ar expertise in construction, engineering and infrastructure disputes (onsh
ore and offshore); transport, power, energy and natural resources projects
