AGENDA
- To receive and adopt minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 27th September 2021
- To receive and consider the Annual Report
- To receive and consider the audited Annual Accounts
- To elect office-bearers and members of the Council
- To appoint Kreston ACA PAC (formerly known as Kreston Ardent CAtrust PAC) as auditors for a one-year term commencing from the date of this Annual General Meeting
- To consider and transact any other business (if any).NOTE: Under Article 10.4 of the Constitution, any other business not stated in the aforesaid Agenda and which any member wishes to consider or transact at the Annual General Meeting shall be communicated to the Honorary Secretary in writing at least one week before the date appointed for this meeting.
