NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 44^th Annual General Meeting of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators will be held be 30 September 2025 at 6.30pm at NTUC Centre, Level 8, Room 801, 1 Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018989 to transact the following business:
AGENDA

1. To receive and adopt minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 17^th September 2024
2. To receive and consider the Annual Report for 2024/2025
3. To receive and consider the audited Annual Accounts for Financial Year ended 31 March 2025
4. To elect office-bearers and members of the Council (Vacancies and Nomination Papers)
5. To consider and transact any other business (if any).

NOTE:
Article 11.5.1 Any member wishing to raise any other business not stated in the aforesaid agenda shall give written notice to the Honorary Secretary in writing not less than seven (7) days before the date set for the Annual General Meeting.
Article 11.5.2 Such other business as aforesaid shall be communicated to the Honorary Secretary in the form of a motion which shall be properly proposed and seconded by members who shall not as at the date of receipt of the motion by the Honorary Secretary be in arrears in the payment of any subscriptions or other sums due and payable to the Institute.
