SIArb Young Practitioners Network Mentoring Programme 2025
Following the success of the past runs of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) Young Practitioners Network (YPN) Mentoring Programme, the YPN is pleased to announce the return of the programme for its next run, from July to December 2025.
The YPN Mentoring Programme is an exciting opportunity for around 20 Singapore-based professionals with ten years or less of arbitration experience or below the age of 40 and a keen interest in this field to receive mentoring from senior, established arbitration specialists. The mentors will be supported by mid-level group facilitators for the duration of the programme cycle, during which mentoring groups will meet three to four times over a period of six months.
Selected mentees will be divided into groups of four to five, with one mentor and one group facilitator assigned per mentoring group.
During each of the mentoring group meetings, mentors will provide practical advice and career guidance to their mentees, as well as discuss topical arbitration issues. Mentors may also decide to present mentees with writing or research opportunities, which mentees may choose to participate in at their discretion.
