INVITATION FOR CONTRIBUTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR PUBLICATION

Contributions should be 9,000 words, inclusive of footnotes and submitted in Microsoft Word format by e-mail to secretariat@siarb.org.sg by 15 May or 15 November. It should include an abstract (not exceeding 200 words) explaining  the context and focus of the contribution. Editorial decisions are made based on full manuscripts, not proposed topics or outlines. All contributions must be original, with no infringement of copyright, and without any prior publication in their submitted or modified form. Receipt of proposed contributions does not constitute acceptance for publication. The decision to publish any proposed contribution remains at all times in the full discretion of the Editors. Publication is subject to copyright assignment to Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and Singapore Academy of Law.
